"For me, doing self-care is something I focus on to improve my mental health. I hope that other people might be able to find some joy, relatability, comfort, and ideas for how they can take care of themselves and their mental health from my memes. Using humor to create these memes improved my mood, as I was able to look at other, similar memes and show my friends (one of my classmates laughed at my meme and it made me feel pretty good about it!)."
